Ms Nadia Lamhandaz, advisor for the project YEAST and REFRESHMENT, was also present and could say a few words about the new LIFE call, opened on April 4th. More info can be found here about this call.

During the event, participants had the opportunity to taste samples issued from the circular economy projects (YEAST and REFRESHMENT). Samples of a beverage made from spent grains, as well as crackers from spent yeast.
