I’ve been working here for over 14 years. When I first joined the brewery was very small, now we have a bigger team but we are still like a family and it still feels like a small brewery. The most important part of the day for me is at 11am, when we taste the beers, we then decide if we need to adjust anything and make any changes, it’s a fine art, a craft, brewing our beers. I love my job, starting with all the raw materials, carefully making something beautiful. There’s always room for improvement, no matter how perfect our process, we’re never satisfied, we want to make the best beer, every single day.
